PragmaticAll has developed a workshop for teams to improve collaboration by exploring common biases. The short (conference) version was selected for the Best of XP Days Benelux version, where it again got excellent reviews.

Frequent misunderstanding?

Does your team mate seem to overreact to some of your remarks? Do you often misunderstand each other? Don’t understand how others come to their conclusions? Perhaps your biases are getting in the way.

We all have them.

To be human is to have biases. The best you can hope for is to be aware of your biases, and to limit their impact. One area in which biases can have a big impact is in teamwork. And one way of improving teamwork is to understand common biases and build a joint language about biases. That’s what this workshop helps you with.

The Biases Workshop is available as a 2 hour workshop. We need a minimum of 4 participants, and prefer to limit the group to 20 participants. Public offerings can be found on Eventbrite. For an in-company workshop or for a shorter conference session please contact us directly.
